During the summer of 1996 my girlfriend and I left Washington D.C. to move to sunny California. With only a car full of stuff I knew that Cali had several surprises in store. But the best was yet to come, and still is. August 9 1997 marks the beginning of my life long commitment and friendship in the covenant of marriage. I would like to thank my parents for their 30 year, and still going strong, relationship which has been a foundation to my understanding and belief in marriage. I also want to thank Bethany's parents for giving me the gift in the life of their daughter. I am forever in debt to them for the endless happiness that they have blessed me with.
